Refund policy

In the event there is a problem or you experience any issues with an Ancient Bliss product you purchased through our website, you may return the product to Ancient Bliss within 30 days of receipt subject to the guidelines below.

Guidelines

• Only products in unmarked, safety sealed, resalable condition may be returned. 
• To initiate a return, please e-mail info@ancientbliss.com and put "Return Request" in subject title with your Order #.
  
• Return requests MUST be made within 30 days from receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we can’t accept any returns if you do not contact us within 30 days.
• We don’t offer merchandise exchanges. To receive a credit for your purchase, products must be returned in original packaging.
• Please note we can only accept products purchased directly through Ancient Bliss. If you purchased your product through a third-party seller, please contact that seller for their return policy. If they are unable to help you, please see our satisfaction guarantee policy.
• All returns will be checked by our return specialists. If expected items or products are missing, the cost of those items will be deducted from your refund.
