"So I’ve been taking this for maybe 5 days now. Everyday so far I have energy! I’ve battled with major fatigue for quite a few years. Took various herbs to combat that and have since felt decent enough with a decent amount of energy but not what I used to have. Well now that I’ve been taking Berberine I have been tackling chores I have put off for months! Not a jittery energy just not feeling pulled down by lack of energy. I’m on a strict Keto diet having great results taking this, then after about 5 hours a dose of saffron, then after another 5 hours hours a dose of this.
